What we collect
- Order details — name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and order contents, so we can fulfil and support your purchase.
- Payment data — processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Site & device data — pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, browser and device type, kept to run and improve the site.
How we use it
To process orders, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, and — only with your consent — to send marketing emails.
Cookies & tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the shop and cart, and (with consent) analytics cookies to understand which pieces people look at. Non-essential cookies are set only after you agree.
Your rights & how to opt out

- Access, correction, deletion — email privacy@rumblerow.com to request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days.
- Sale of personal data — we do not sell personal information. You have the right to opt out of any sharing that could be considered a "sale" under applicable law; email us and we will record your preference.
Sharing
We share data only with processors who help us run the shop — payment providers, delivery carriers (such as couriers for order fulfilment), hosting and email services — under contracts that limit their use of it.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.
