Returns & breakage promise
Change your mind? Send any unused piece back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email support@rumblerow.com and we will send a prepaid label for faulty or damaged items.
Breakage promise. Enamel is tough but glass is glass. If a piece arrives cracked or chipped, send a photo and we replace it free — no need to ship the broken one back.
Duties & taxes
Orders to the US, EU and UK are shipped with duties and import VAT prepaid where applicable, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
